We are looking for an entrepreneurial, energetic, and hands-on Marketing, Events & Community Manager to grow HoAM's audience, partnerships, programming, events, and commercial opportunities.
The successful candidate will work closely alongside and report directly to the owner. They will help translate the HoAM vision into campaigns, partnerships, events, and daily guest experiences that produce measurable results.
This is not a traditional desk-based marketing role. The ideal candidate will be present within the business, comfortable working behind the counter, speaking with guests, attending events, and understanding HoAM through direct participation in its daily operation.
The role is commission-based, with earnings linked to qualifying revenue generated through events, private bookings, partnerships, sponsorships, corporate wellness opportunities, and other agreed commercial activity.
Clear, transparent, and open communication is fundamental to success in this role.
Because the candidate will work directly with the owner, both parties must be able to communicate honestly, constructively, and without unnecessary barriers. The relationship should feel collaborative, direct, and built on mutual trust.
The owner will provide clear direction, context, feedback, and access to the information needed to perform the role effectively. In return, the candidate is expected to communicate with the same level of openness and transparency.
There should be no culture of withholding information, avoiding difficult conversations, or allowing assumptions to replace clarity. Success will depend as much on communication and trust as it does on marketing, sales, partnerships, or event delivery.

HoAM sits at the nexus of Performance, Resoration, and Community & Culture — a purpose-built F&B environment engineered to support mind, body, and soul at scale.
Our 6 Pillars form the experiential framework of HoAM. Together, they define how we think, build, host, and operate — designed in direct response to the needs of active, performance-led communities.
A modern, bold accent and clean aesthetic softened by plants and greenery, with a relaxed, art-forward and eclectic sensibility. Our distinct design language creates instant recall and spatial identity.

By day (7am–5pm), HoAM operates as a Coffee House focused on focus, fuel, and recovery.
By evening (5pm–10pm), it transitions into a Coffee Soul Lounge centred on mood, connection, and culture.
The evening shift introduces a listening-led environment with premium sound fidelity, warmer lighting, and a revised F&B offer, unlocking cultural programming such as archival screenings, live sports and community-led content experiences.
